Mr. Hambro is one of the founders of Petropavlovsk, Plc. (formally, Peter Hambro Mining), a London based company with four operating mines in far East Russia. Mr Hambro started his career with his family bank and became joint Managing Director of Smith St. Aubyn Holdings Ltd before joining the Mocatta Group, the world’s largest bullion traders, as Deputy Managing Director of Mocatta & Goldsmid Limited. He is also Non-executive chairman of Sundeala Limited, Peter Hambro Limited and Tidal Transit Limited, all of which are family companies and he is a partner in Heads Farm Partnership.

Dr. Maslovskiy is co-founder of Petropavlovsk, Plc and has been its Chief Executive Officer since November 5, 2014, prior to this Dr. Maslovskiy served as Honorary President of Petropavlovsk, Plc from 2012 to November 2014. He has extensive experience in the operational management of mining and processing operations in precious and non- precious metals. Prior to embarking on his business career, Dr. Maslovskiy was a Professor of Metallurgy at the Moscow Aircraft Technology Institute.

Mr. Maslovskiy has 12 years industry experience as Director of Business Development with Petropavlovsk PLC., a London-listed mining company producing over 700,000 oz. per annum and is the founder and CEO of WBD Gold Inc., a private gold exploration company with its focus in South America.
Gary Bay – Co-CEO, Director
Experienced commodity trader. Over 10 years in resource exploration and corporate finance globally, including management of Diam Gold Guyana. Founder of Maroil Ltd. Involvements in mining and oil & gas industries.
Dan Hrushewsky – VP Corporate Development
Over 20 years in mining project debt and equity finance (Bank of Nova Scotia, CIBC Asset Management, Jennings Capital) and corporate development (Inmet Mining/First Quantum Minerals, High River Gold/Nordgold, Chalice Gold Mines, Aureus Mining). Traded derivatives as founding partner of a commodity hedge fund.
Kevin Thomson – VP Exploration (BSc Geol., P. Geo.)
Professional Geologist with 30 years’ experience including technical, corporate and project management in West Africa and Canada, including Group Exploration Manager, West Africa for Perseus Mining; Exploration Manager, Ghana for Newmont Mining; and in Canada with Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold and Battle Mountain Gold. As Exploration Manager for Perseus Mining, managed exploration and resource drilling programs in Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire resulting in the addition of > 7.0 million ounces in gold resources.
Nikolai Piskorskiy – Chief Geologist (PhD)
A vast experience in geological exploration for longer than 40 years with The All-Russian Research Institute of Geology of Foreign Countries, Shenstone Mining Ltd., Geocopa Co. Ltd. and Sibtrans. Discovery and prospecting and exploration on ore and placer deposits in Russia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and Peru. Geological consulting in Yemen, Iran and Finland.
